Payment Information: By providing the payment method and information below (“Payment Information”) and signing below, I acknowledge and agree that I will be obligated to pay my membership dues and all other amounts for goods and services I may purchase from Mom Halo, as further described below and I assent to all payment terms related to this Agreement.

By signing this Agreement, you are committing to a twelve (12) month obligation period which you cannot cancel early.

Terms+Conditions

1. Your membership will automatically renew on a yearly basis at the end of the obligation period unless cancelled under section 3 of this agreement. 
2. You may cancel this Agreement at any time within 10 days of purchase by emailing [email protected], Mom Halo will provide a refund within 15 days of cancellation
3. To cancel your membership following your one-year commitment you may do so by providing 30 days notice in writing to [email protected]
4. Revocation of membership - Mom Halo may at any time terminate or suspend your membership if you fail to follow the Mom Halo Code of Conduct as outlined on our website www.momhalo.com
5. As a benefit of your membership and otherwise from time to time, Mom Halo may provide you with certain complimentary or promotional items. These items are offered at Mom Halo discretion and hold no monetary value and are non-refundable. Complimentary items may only be redeemed and used while you are a member in good standing and will become null and void upon any cancellation of your membership. Complimentary items will not be considered in computing the amount of any refund to which you may be entitled upon cancellation of your membership. 
6. Mom Halo reserves the right to postpone or cancel any event with 24 hours notice 

Referral Program

1. You are eligible to earn a complimentary item (of Mom Halo’s choosing, subject to change each month) for referring a friend or family member to Mom Halo. Complimentary items will be issued within 30 days of the new member joining and remaining a member. 
2. Any referral gift earned through the referral program are considered Complimentary Items subject to the terms above 
3. The referral program is a voluntary membership perk offered by Mom Halo and may be modified, changed or discontinued at any time
