Fuel your day with Alana's Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls—a no-bake, wholesome snack that's as tasty as it is energizing! Packed with oats, peanut butter and a boost of chocolate protein powder, these bites are perfect for busy mornings, post-workout pick-me-ups or anytime you need a guilt-free treat. Quick to whip up and easy to store, they're the ultimate grab-and-go option for keeping you satisfied and powered up!
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops, about 50-60 grams, chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
How-to:
- Place ingredients into large bowl and stir to combine (getting the mixture to combine takes a little arm muscle, and it may seem too thick at first, but it will come together as you keep mixing. I used my hands to knead the dough near the end and that seems to help).
- Once combined, roll into balls. Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
