MomFest 2022: Homecoming

We are so excited to announce the homecoming of MomFest 2022, which will take October 20, 2022.
After five years, we are returning to the original home of our signature event, The Wychwood Barns.
MomFest Market and VIP Experience
From 10:30am to 4pm
Back by popular demand, guests are invited to shop Mom Halo's favourite brands and products at the MomFest open-air market. The community has spoken and we have listened.
On the heels of a Covid recovery, the market is free to attend! The first 100 guests will get a swag bag full of goodies, and there will be a kid's play area, a diaper station and lots of rooms for strollers.
But it would not be MomFest without our VIP experience centre!
Inside the barns, a MomFest VIP experience awaits with lots of food and beverage offerings.
Babies and kids of all ages are welcome to the VIP day experience.
A portion of the proceeds will go directly toward Project Mom Halo and our mission to build a space for parents and caregivers in the new SickKids hospital.
MomFest Awards Gala and Networking (19+)
From 6:30pm to 10:30pm
The festivities will conclude with the MomFest Awards Gala and Networking event. Moms and parents of all ages and stages of mothership are welcome to join us!
We are excited to bring back the MomFest Awards Gala. We believe that it is our responsibility to create a real community of mom that celebrate one another. We are in the business of lifting each other up!
There was no such thing as the Mom Olympics of the Mom Awards...until we created them! This is your chance to nominate yourself or a mom pal to be celebrated and to be appreciated for the hardest job in the world—momming.
Given the nature of the Covid world, we are streaming portions of the event making sure our community who are dealing with accessibility issues, are too far away or uncomfortable to be in large groups and still be able to connect, learn and engage with the community at large.
This year, we have the following awards: Nominations are opening soon (stay tuned!).
1. Mom Startup—New Business of 2021/22: For a mom that started a business in the past 18 months
2. Mom Founders We Love: A mom business owner that you love with an all-around amazing ethos of business or product or service
3. Moms to Watch: This is a side hustler who is about to make big moves
4. Rising Influencer: A social media star with fewer than 20K followers that you love so much! This can be anyone from across Canada.
5. Mom Community Leader: Someone who demonstrates excellence in leadership in the local community and/or charitable dedication to a cause.
6. Mom Boss Award: The most coveted award—it's the ultimate title for a mom, a business owner and an entrepreneur
